Bonewitz was involved in early planning for development of 180,000sf new home for the Polyclinic at 701 Broadway in downtown Seattle and ultimately the project and move management. The project included full Tenant Improvements to the tower across multiple medical disciplines, imaging, lab, a new entrance addition and new parking garage.
